Rose Farmhouse

Rose Farmhouse is a large 4-bedroom renovated farmhouse, with its own terrace, English & French TV, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and access to a large shared enclosed garden and pool.

Kitchen:

• Fridge & freezer
• Electric oven and gas/electric hob
• Microwave
• Kettle, toaster & cafetiere
• Essential kitchen and dining items – dishes & cutlery, pots & pans, etc.
• Cleaning products are provided for guests to use

Living Areas:

• Living room with woodstove, sofa-bed and TV
• Dining room with large extendable dining table

The Bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 – Family room with 1 king-size bed, 1 single bed, and en-suite shower room.
• Bedroom 2 – 1 double bed
• Bedroom 3 – 2 single beds
• Bedroom 4 (downstairs) – 1 double bedroom, with en-suite shower room. Access is off the living room. Sofa bed in living room

Bathroom:

• Family bathroom upstairs.

Linen:

• Essential bedding is provided extra blankets and pillows are available.
• Towels are available for a small fee

Extra guest fee

If more than 9 people are booked into Rose Farmhouse a fee of £5 per extra guest, per night will be added. A maximum of 11 people can be booked into Rose Farmhouse.

Connection

Rose Farmhouse has a connecting passageway through to Sunflower Cottage. When shut, this is sound and heat insulated, affording full privacy to either gîte, but if both gîtes are booked by the same party it can be unlocked to provide access.
